Eye Pillows should only be given with parental supervision in children.
For Heat - Place your eye pillow in the microwave for 2 minutes, if not warm enough repeat in 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
Each heat pack is approximately 10cm x 24cm
All of our items are in stock (unless stated) and sent from our Melbourne warehouse.
Our order processing is 1-5 business days (this does not include the weekend or public holidays).
During peak & sale times such as Christmas & Easter this may extend to up to 10 business days.
