We love putting together your gift orders! We have on the website gift boxes for you to purchase and we pack the order in them. Alternatively we can curate a gift box for you, just simply contact us with your budget! We offer FREE gift notes in any order, just simply leave us a note at checkout!

We have our ingredients listed on all of our products. Our bath bombs were formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We use a coconut derived foaming agent, skin safe fragrance oils and Australian Sourced ingredients.

We do recommend storing your bath and body products in a cool dry area away from the direct sunlight and moisture. Candles & Melts are best stored out of direct sunlight. 

We are most definitely Cruelty Free! Everything apart from our Lip Balm & Lip Scrub (contains Beeswax) is Vegan!

All of our items are in stock and sent from our Melbourne Warehouse. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days of ordering, this does change at peak sale times. Please note that 5 business days does not include postage times. We use Aramex & Australia Post to ship your orders. Express Postage is just an express courier service, this does not rush your order through.

We currently ship orders to Australia & New Zealand. We can however quote you postage for your area upon request  

Have an idea you would like bought to life for an event? We would love to help! We have a few options available for a number of different occasions including; Baby Showers, Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Functions. Please contact us to discuss.

When purchasing please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you change your mind. In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or broken please email us at hello@alilluxury.com.au within 7 days of receiving with your order number and reasoning and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been sent (not available on custom orders) you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
