Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance for unopened, opened, and or used products unless deemed faulty.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, you are liable for the scent and items you purchase. We have a fragrance bible on our website which contains a description of each fragrance we have. If you are unsure about ingredients or fragrances, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Any refunds granted will be at the discretion of A Lil’ Luxury. If products need to be returned to us, you are liable for any shipping costs incurred.

If your order has not been processed and is not a custom order and is being cancelled for change of mind you will be charged a restocking fee of 10%.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving items back to your payment method used when purchasing, or if applicable a store credit will be issued.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with images your order number and any details.
