Shipping & Handling

We aim to keep stock on hand for quick dispatch.

All orders are usually sent within 1-5 business days! But please allow up to 10 business days when ordering during a sale.  

This may change during peak periods and sales.

Please allow up to 14 business days for dispatch on all custom orders.

If any delays does occur, you will be contacted through your preferred contact method.

 

Items are sent from our warehouse in Narre Warren, Melbourne.

We post all around Australia & New Zealand. 
If you are wanting to purchase outside of these areas please contact us prior to ordering to discuss. 

Items are mostly sent with Australia Post + Aramex. If you have a preference on your delivery service, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Once your order leaves our factory we have no control on courier delays. Please keep this in mind when ordering and opt for express if in a hurry. Our dispatch is 1-5 business days (longer at sale times) + postage time. 

We aim to keep postage prices competitive, but unfortunately our little business can't cover the cost of postage on your order. If you think you have been calculated unfairly for postage at the checkout, please contact us and we can asses any issues that may have occurred.
