SHIPPING & HANDLING

HANDLING-

All products listed in store are currently in stock and are ready to ship. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and packing prior to shipping. Custom orders please allow 10 business days.

All orders are shipped based on order they are received. If you require priority dispatch, please chose this option.
*Please note, this is not an express shipping option*


SHIPPING-

All flat rate parcels will be sent within 2 business days of receiving. Parcels will be sent either by courier or Australia Post depending on location. All parcels will have tracking. There will be no signature on delivery unless chosen. No insurance will be given on packages.

  • Signature on delivery incurs an extra fee.
  • Express incurs an extra fee.
  • Insurance incurs an extra fee- advisable for all orders over $50
  • Priority dispatch incurs and extra fee- this means your order is packed at the first available chance. This is not express.


Please note- Once orders have left A Lil’ Luxury, they are no longer in our control. We will liaise with shipping couriers regarding your package as best as possible. Ensure all contact information is correct to guarantee all tracking information is passed onto you.


RETURNS-

If for any reason you require return shipping, this cost must be covered by the customer. Please contact us prior to any return shipping.
